Lunch and Learns and Short Courses have given me the opportunity to learn about other industry areas and topics that I would not normally be exposed to, making me a more well-rounded engineer.

I've had the opportunity (and the encouragement from leadership) to grow my expertise and refine my skillset as an engineer. KODA leadership and my Teammates have helped me gain confidence in myself and my work.
