For the third consecutive year, KODA has been honored with this award, reflecting our dedication to maintaining a flexible and dependable workplace where working parents can succeed.

For the third year in a row, KODA has been certified as a Great Place to Work! The Great Place to Work Certification is considered the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding team member experience. The certification is determined by anonymous team member survey responses. KODA is focused on keeping a strong, supportive workplace that earns recognition year after year.

KODA Technologies has been honored with the HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award for the second year in a row. This repeated recognition reflects our continued commitment to hiring, supporting, and advancing our nation’s veterans.

KODA has been named the Best Places to Work GOLD winner! This marks the sixth consecutive year being recognized, and the first year in the large business category. Winners are selected based on comprehensive feedback from team members, reflecting their satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifying companies take an assessment that measures those family-friendly policies that also have research-proven benefits to a company’s bottom line. This is the third year in a row we have received this recognition. The Great Place to Work Certification is considered the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding team member experience. The certification is determined by anonymous team member survey responses, and over 10,000 companies from 60 countries apply each year. This year, 100% of our team members said KODA is a great place to work! This is compared to the U.S. average of 57%. KODA is committed to continuing this positive workplace experience for years to come!

KODA Technologies has been honored with the 2024 HIRE Vets Medallion Gold Award by the U.S. Department of Labor. Acting Secretary of Labor Julie A. Su recognized KODA among 839 companies across 49 states and the District of Columbia that have demonstrated a strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans. This award reflects KODA’s dedication to providing meaningful, long-term career paths for veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce.
